Budleigh Salterton

The beach consists of large pebbles which bank steeply into the sea. These are not easy to walk on and uncomfortable, so good footwear and maybe some form of cushioning/air bed to lay on is a good idea.

Parking in Budleigh can be difficult during peak season, so arrive early if you can. Bear in mind that the naturist beach is to the right as you are looking out to sea, so you may want to try and park at the western end of town.

As the cliffs start there is a beach cafe (ideal for refreshments) then about 300m along the beach there is an official sign saying clothing optional from this point.
